The Mechanism And Empirical Analysis Of The Interactive Development Between Equipment Manufacturing Industry And Productive Service Industry In China

Industrial interaction is the foundation of the economic development. As two important part of the national economy, the Equipment Manufacturing Industry and the Productive Service Industry play a vital role on the development of China’s economy, and there is a strong complementarity between the two industries, so the study about the two industrial interaction of the two industries becomes more and more in the recent years. In this paper, In this paper,we combine the results of the previous studies on the mechanism of equipment manufacturing industry and productive service industry interaction, then analysis the necessity and the present situation of the two industry’s interaction and find the problems of influcing the two industry’s interaction. Then we analysis the efficiency of service outsourcing, as well as the construction of the Productive Service Industry to build the theoretical model and gives the economics explanation. Then we use mathematical model and empirical model to test of the two industry’s interaction efficiency.Finally we put forward some suggestions on how to realize the good interaction according to our results.With the consideration of the production costs, transaction costs, elements of acquisition, Equipment manufacturing industry choose Service Outsourcing.Which will resulte in a large number of market demand for producer services. Thus, the productive service industry has been developing rapidly, with the productive service industry development, the degree of specialization, scale and constantly improve service quality, the cost is relatively low, thus reducing the production cost of the equipment manufacturing industry, equipment manufacturing enterprise will strengthen the desire of service outsourcing, thus a virtuous cycle of interactive equipment between Equipment manufacturing industry and Productive service industry come into being.The results of the empirical analysis of empirical data shows that China’s equipment manufacturing industry and productive service industry have the interactive foundation of the interaction, the interactive development of two industries play a positive role in promoting economic development. In addition, we also found that the improvement of the service outsourcing level can effectively promote the interaction of the two industries.The industry interaction between different regions of the two major industries show relatively large differences, the eastern region and the central region have the industrial foundation to realize the industrial interaction, the western region does not. But no matter in the eastern region, the central region or the western region, the service outsourcing level has a significant role in promoting the interaction between the two industries.The industrial industry between different sub industries show great differences, the development of Finance and insurance industry may inhibit the equipment manufacturing industry, the real estate industry to the large equipment manufacturing industry is the pulling effect. Scientific research and comprehensive technical service industry can slightly promote the development of the Equipment manufacturing industry.
