With the further more understanding and fully more comprehensive of the global change. Land use change has been widely concerned as one of the global change which most closely associated with human activities change. And with the growing ecological environment problems, the ecosystem service function in the typical regions in the response of the relationship between land use change and gradually become the research hot spot. Jiaozuo as a typical resource-based city, in a certain period made great contributions for our country’s construction and development; However, because the technical conditions of a specific period are not mature, the using of the mining resources damaged the city’s ecological environment caused serious in the past.In recent years, in order to maintain the healthy and sustainable development Jiaozuo needed to city transformation, because the mining resources within the territory of the sharp decline. Because of Jiaozuo’s unique geographical location and natural resources, the special natural factors determine its cities began to transition to green tourism. Urban land is determined by the urban functions, therefore in the urban land use will inevitably occur during the transitional period of the larger changes, the resulting changes in ecosystem services value is at the core of this paper. Quantitative study of service value system for land ecological system is conducive to enhance the service function of ecological system of land value to land use change in response to the accuracy of the research, which is conducive to improve the transformation of resource-based cities overall land use management.Based on the land use situation of Jiaozuo in study period, compared and studied at home and abroad after estimating of the ecosystem services value, By Xie Gaodi and other scholars on ecosystem services classification and assignment of functions. Comprehensive Jiaozuo in 1996-2013 after each land use type of land use data to get the following conclusion:(1)Dynamic analysis of land use change in Jiaozuo. This article mainly discusses the number amplitude and structure of land use change and change speed, the amplitude of segmentation research about Jiaozuo, Finally it is concluded that Jiaozuo comprehensive dynamic analysis of land use change: Jiaozuo in 1996-2013, the number of land use change is the biggest is the forest land and unused land, the increased and decreased respectively 32300 hm2 and 25318029 hm2. Land use dynamic aspects of forest land and the degree of dynamic changes of grassland is the largest, and the dynamic change of cultivated land and construction land is the minimum.The land use degree of the study shows that the land use of Jiaozuo during the study period in the rising level. Comprehensive analysis of Jiaozuo during the study period to intensive land use efficiency and rational utilization of the direction of development. While the specific types of land area is greatly improved, but also with transition Jiaozuo attaches great importance to afforestation and ecological security.(2) The dynamic analysis of Jiaozuo ecological service function value change. This article from the ecological service function value changes, the number of structure change and the sensitivity analysis of three aspects analyzes the land use change of ecosystem service function of Jiaozuo value response. In terms of numbers: the city of Jiaozuo, the value of ecosystem service function in the study period is on a downward trend which increased woodland provides the function value of ecosystem services value of the largest, and the waters of the function value of ecosystem services to reduce the maximum amount. From the structure aspect: waters provide the function value of ecosystem services value in the total variation accounted for the largest proportion, arable land at least.The overall trend and characteristics of the resulting change in the value of ecosystem service function in the study period in Jiaozuo city During the study period, the total value of amount decreased with the decrease of water area in the study area has a direct relationship, but the comprehensive analysis of various index structures obtained in Jiaozuo City, the value of ecosystem service function is more reasonable in the study period,the proportion of each type of service in the total value of gradually balanced, this is good for Jiaozuo ecological security.(3) Policy recommendations.The above research and Jiaozuo city land use policy based on the present, and proposed some suggestions on land use planning, land use structure and degree of land use in Jiaozuo city in the future development of woodland, water area: to actively protect the ecological land; mining the potential of land use, intensive use of land; reasonable land use planning, the transformation direction.
