Land is the basis of human and it is the basis of nation and economic growth to usethe land reasonably. During the last few years, along with the material wealth anddeveloped economy, we have caused a huge bad impaction on economic environment.Recent years, the value of ecosystem services research becomes hot spot and manyexperts, domestic and foreign, have done a lot of researches about it and got manyachievements. And it turns to be a big challenge to balance the demand for land,ecological protection and economic development. Against this background, it can providescientific basis for how to use the land reasonably to reveal the law changes and evaluatethe service value of ecological system and also will be of great importance for zonalcomprehensive and sustainable development.This article takes Huanghua city in Cang Zhou of Hebei province as an example,getting the land use information of1999,2000, and2010by interpreting the remotesensing imagines on the base of ENVI. On the basis of the information we got analysesthe change processes and laws of study areas and calculates the value of ecosystemservices and changes. The main conclusions are:(1) Illustrate the features of land use types change of Huanghua in20years: The landecosystem types change obviously during1990-2010according to the results of threeremote sensing image interpretations. The garden plot and construction land increase1268.95hm2and4873.54hm2respectively while cultivated land, grassland, water,saline land and unutilized landdecrease. The changes among each type are obvious. Sortby out transferred areas: cultivated land>unutilized land> saline land>garden plot>water>grass land>construction land; sort by in transferred areas: construction land>cultivated land> garden plot> unutilized land> water>grass land> saline land. The landuse is still improving and the ecosystem is impacted greatly by human activities, thusweaken the naturalness.(2) Calculate the land ecosystem serve values of Huanghua during1990-2010anduncover the change rules of land ecosystem serve values: the values of ecosystemservices of Huanghua City are4186.2947,4150.5568,4113.7207million in1990,2000and2010. The land ecosystem value services of garden plot and construction land increase during1990-2010and they got16.6583and1.8462million respectively; whilethe cultivated land, grass land, water, saline land and unutilized landall decrease. Thetotal value of ecosystem services decreases72.5740million. The changes of land usetypes in Huanghua have a negative impact on ecosystem and reduce the ecologicalenvironment quality.(3) Show the change features of land ecosystem serve values of Huanghua City: theWater Conservation and Waste Treatment are the more important function to ecosystemvalue services structure during1990-2010and make up more than50%of the totalvalues; the raw material supply is less than1%. Only the raw material supply increases1.0867million while others decrease and the Waste Treatment decreases11.8031millionwhich is the maximum reduced value.
