Land use change has had a huge impact on human economic society and life,it not only change the human economic and social development level and the comfort level,more important is the land use change on ecosystem service function has a direct impact.The number of land use,and degree of structure,the changing of ecosystem services function and value have direct influence.To study the dynamic change of land use and ecosystem service value,for regional sustainable utilization of land resources and ecological construction,ecological protection is of important value.With the rapid push of Guiyang city industrialization and urbanization,a large number of cultivated land occupied by construction land,the land use pattern and ecosystem services value has changed significantly.Ecological civilization construction requirements to hold the red line,optimize the structure of land use,improve the level of land intensive utilization,strengthened the farmland,forest land and basic farmland protection,improving the ecosystem service value,coordinator of the contradiction.Wreaths as the study area,in this article,therefore,Guiyang by using GIS and RS technology,2001,2007 and 2013 in the studied area the third phase of satellite image processing analysis,extract the land use status data,using the corresponding theoretical model to the dynamic change of land use and ecosystem service value were analyzed,and on the influence of the ecosystem services value of land use,and forecast its developing tendency,puts forward countermeasure Suggestions to promote the sustainable utilization of land resources.Researching for the sustainable land use,ecological environment protection,ecological civilization city construction to provide the reference.The results of the study are as follows:1.The dynamic change of land use: 12 years in 2001-2013 in the study area total area of the forest land,cultivated land and unused land decreased,reduced by 9.1%,52.3% and 9.1% respectively;Waters and construction land area increases,increased by 3.5% and 3.5% respectively;Land for construction is the main land use types in Guiyang on area,accounting for 54.8% of the total area;Cultivated land and construction land and the cultivated land and forest land form the mutual transformation relationship,including cultivated land mainly converted into land for construction;Unused land dynamic change,the biggest dynamic change rate is 8%,the smallest on the dynamic change of water,only 0.3%;Land is still under development and high-speed development stage.2.The ecosystem service value of dynamic changes: from 2001 to 2013,12 years,forest land,cultivated land and unused land ecosystem service value showed a trend of decrease,decreased by 9.1%,9.1% and 52.3% respectively;The waters of the ecosystem services value increased slightly,increased by 3.5%;Ecological service value of the ecosystem has decreased;12 years ecosystem services value decreased,the forest land,cultivated land and unused land area reduction is the main reason for the change.3.The land use and ecosystem service value forecast: 2019 cultivated land,forest land and unused land area decreased,970.80 hectares and 3370.68 hectares and 2.51 hectares respectively;Building land and waters,8956.86 hectares and 108.76 hectares respectively;Ecosystem services value will be reduced to RMB 460.387 million,the main cause of ecosystem services value decrease is the reduction of cultivated land,forest land area.4.Improve the ecosystem service value of land use strategies:(1)improve the woodland area,ensure the ecosystem services value mainly status;(2)to protect the existing cultivated land,forest land,strictly control the construction land expansion.(3)intensify protection of water and wetland area,maintain the ecosystem balance;(4)perfect the system of land resources planning and optimization of land use structure.
