Land use change has a significant impact on the ecosystem services value. Land use change and ecosystem services value can influence and restrict each other, so quantitative study of effect of land use change on ecosystem services value will provide more effective information for decision makers, and it will also be important to promote regional ecological environment protection and sustainable development. Based on land use empirical data from 2000 to 2013 of Huainan City in Anhui Province, according to the revised ecological value coefficient, this paper analyze the changes of land use type and the changes of land use structure, and then examine their effects on the changes of ecosystem services value. Also, this paper build several models to quantitatively research the correlation between the land use type, land use structure and ESV, including the ecosystem services value and its dynamic response to land use change, the factors influence coefficient estimation model, and correlation analysis method. The main results are showed as follows:(1)The dynamic analysis of land use change in Huainan City shows:As for the Single Land Use Dynamic Attitude, wood land and construction land increased the fastest, the garden area reduces mostly. Comprehensive land use change rate reflects that the land circulation speed is relatively frequent in Huainan City. During 14 years, the land use degree in Huainan City is relatively high. Land use structure is relatively stable in Huainan City, but there exists dominant land.(2) The analysis of ecosystem services value evaluation in Huainan City shows: The ecosystem services value shows the inverted "U" type trend. The sensitivity coefficients of the ecosystem services value to the ecological value coefficient of different land use types is less than 1.(3) The analysis of the effects of land use change on ecosystem services value shows:The land use degree has a negative effect on the ecosystem services value. The cultivated land and water land have the biggest impact on the ecosystem services value. The construction land has a little big impact on the ecosystem services value. It can be seen that the relationship between land use structure and ESV is a linear, the homogenization will help improving the regional ecosystem service value.
