Research On Team Safety Culture And Performance

Since the new century, the electric power enterprises has entered a rapid development period, experiencing unprecedented economic integration, information network, and internationalization. In order to maintain a stable and well-organized power supply, and to realize the balanced development of power grid in safety, quality, efficiency and improving, the state grid corporation put forward higher requirements on safety culture construction. This article chooses team as research objects and analyses its current situation and possible vulnerability.According to the researches, this article creatively puts forward PMMA (PROCESS, MODEL, MECHANISM, ATOMSPHERE) approach to improve the core capability in the team. The first is the standardization of the business PROCESS using PCDA methods combined with practical operation. The second is the establishment of the management MODEL for safely-worked hours in coordination with own features of the team or groups. The third is MECHANISM for on going safety control. The last is the culture ATOMSPHER which further enlightens the safety performance management. Promoting the shift safety culture construction at the grass-roots level efficiently by standardizing process, performance, system construction, risk control and safety culture training, and making a sustainable development in terms of safety, quality and benefit.
