Current Situation And The Analysis Of The Level Of Competitiveness Of The Smart Industry In China

Since the concept "Smart Earth" was proposed by the IBM in 2008, the smart city has become a mainstream of the world’s urban development in the future. The smart industry is the pillars and supporting force of the smart city. The Development of the smart industry can promote optimize and upgrade of the industrial structure, and achieve fast economic growth. Analysis of the development and the level of competitiveness of the smart industry, it is meaningful.Based on the clear understanding the concept of the smart city and smart industry, the writer analysed the development of the smart industry of the domestic and overseas, especially the development of the smart industry in china. The writer found that although our smart industry has developed rapidly, but there are still a number of issues in the development process, compared with developed countries there is a gap. Then build a index system of smart industry competitiveness, using entropy method to calculate the industrial competitiveness score wisdom of 31 provinces from 2008 to 2012.From the perspective of time and space to analyse the change the level of competitiveness of the smart industry. The results showed that: From the time perspective, the level of competitiveness of the smart industry has improved. The smart industrial competitiveness of scores can be divided into high-level low growth, high levels of high growth rates, low level higher growth rates, low levels of low growth four categories. From the space perspective, the competitiveness level is higher than the central and western provinces of the eastern provinces. The pattern of smart industrial competitiveness in 2012 is very different from in 2008.The level of competitiveness in the first camp, the province increased from two to six. Fujian, Tianjin, the third camp rose to the second camp, Liaoning Province by the fourth camp rose to the second camp. Sichuan, Hubei, Shaanxi, Chongqing, Henan, Anhui, Hunan, Hebei and intellectual property of the level of competitiveness of these provinces from 2008 to 2012 the fourth camp rose to a third camp. Wisdom industrial competitiveness level Hainan, Ningxia and other 14 provinces, has always been the bottom.
