Tourism was recognized as the best equipped industry to combines with internet, compare with relatively other industries, it’s characteristically is intangible, non storable and demend strong information supply, while it does not need much logistics distribution network, the process of product sales itself create information(food, logging, and travel, shopping, entertainment, and education,),as the same tourism service is producing. such a characteristics enable tourism enterprises can accelerate it development by itself through electronic commerce.Meanwhile, follow the spreading and expansion in both market and customer brought by the internet revolution,, e-commerce can also have fully exertion by tourism industries’ apply in this fashion. Under such market background, China has emerged a number of internet-based platform, including Ctrip, Elong, Qunar etc Driven by enormous market capacity, development of the Internet and the Chinese society as described above continue to create a favorable business climate and other factors, a growing number of new comer choose to enter the online travel distribution industry, Traveler business network has entered the online travel distribution industry under this good Business environment.In this article, a good business travel network, for example, [21] by the macro environment PEST analysis, environmental analysis and industry rival Porter’s five force model analysis, macro and industry enterprise in which the external environment scan, identify opportunities and threats; identify the company’s strengths and weaknesses internal environment through Porter value chain analysis; external enterprise through a comprehensive strategic analysis SWOT analysis of strategic options, develop a hybrid enterprise’s overall development strategy of combining attack and defense and to gather competitive differentiation and target-oriented basic competitive strategy.
