With the popularization of the mobile Internet,the number of the middle class continues to increase,and people's pursuing pleasure in the spirit level continues to expand.Travelling has become a necessity.The market share of traditional tourism companies is decreasing,competition in the online tourism industry is intensifying,and various business models are competing.The paper takes the "business model of online travel service companies" as its research topic.Based on the understanding of the current status of the online travel service market,it uses literature research,comparative analysis,induction and deduction,and other research methods,such as business model theory,value chain theory,and competitiveness theory.As a basic theory,it studies the business model of online travel service companies.Firstly,it introduces the background of online travel services,and analyzes and summarizes the research hotspots of business model definition,constituent elements and models at home and abroad in recent years.Second,it analyzes the business models of existing online travel service companies.The analysis of the types and development status of business models.Thirdly,the online travel service business model has been studied systematically.Through the comparative analysis of positioning,operation,marketing,and profit model,the applicability of integrated,search platform,professional,and "platform + channel" business models has been explored..Finally,based on changes in the environment,we innovated the business model of online travel service companies and explored potential business development trends of online travel service companies,including the 020 model,volunteer travel mode,social travel,and then the innovative business model.Targeted implementation strategies were put forward to indicate the direction of future business models for online travel service companies.
