Study On The Development Strategy Of Tea Industry In Taihu County

Taihu county is located in the southwest of Anhui Province, the north shore of the Yangtze River, south of the Dabie Mountain, excellent ecological environment, mild climate, abundant rainfall, fertile soil, high vegetation coverage rate, the tea production with heavy fragrance, excellent quality, is the most suitable producing area and Anhui Province famous agricultural areas – good quality tea production regional, Dabie Mountain Area of the Ministry of Agriculture Tea with good quality and high yield of collaborative project area.As the development of the chinese economy, Taihu county tea industry have great achievements in recent years. The tea industry is one of the four pillar agricultural economy in Taihu county, is an important channel of agricultural population to increase income.However, the development of Taihu county tea industry is far behind the surrounding counties such as Qianshan county and Yuexi County, the main factor is the lack of strategic planning, only pay attention to short-term interests and ignore the long-term development.This paper analyzes the internal and external development environment of tea industry in Taihu County, constructs the SWOT matrix, and learns from the successful experiences of the developed tea industry in the surrounding counties to design the tea industry development strategy of Taihu County.The paper suggests to put forward the implementation of the strategy from the organization management, policy settiing, intellectual support, financial aid and tea culture establishment etc..
