The application and development of aseptic paper based packaging products hasgreatly changed people’s eating habits, and also enhance the improvement of the foodhygiene and safety level. As a high-end industry with intensive capital and technology infood packaging and food machinery industry, the development and application of asepticpaper based packaging products and corresponding aseptic filling equipment has attractedmuch attention of liquid food industry. However, due to the very high industry barriers ofhigh-end aseptic paper packaging industry, and most of the global market still bedominated by several companies.Based on the investigation of the affect factor of external environment and thecompetition within the aseptic paper packaging industry, and systematic analysis therelated factors by using the “Five forces model†and “PEST model†etc., and summed upthe characteristics and differences of product of competitors within the aseptic paper basedpackaging industrial. In addition, according to the popular packaging method which isused in ambient liquid dairy and ambient non-carbonated sour drinks industry, includinganalysis the related data on the global market demand of history and forecast in thedifferent regions, and concluded the demand and development trend in the future ofaseptic paper based packaging product.For enhancing the competitiveness, S company study out the differentiation competitivestrategy by based on the analysis of affect factor of internal environment and competitionability. To effective implement the differentiation strategy and the comprehensive measureswill be taken to reduce the potential risks during implementation. Meanwhile, the companyalso committed to reducing the unit cost of product to ensure the competitiveness ofdifferentiated product. In addition, S company also facing some potential risk of uncertaintyand challenge during implementation of differentiation strategy. |
