Today,when market economy is developing rapidly,market competition has become unusually intense and homogeneous competition grows very serious,so the part that price competition means can play will become less and less important.Thus,how medium-sized and small enterprises layout,formulate and carry out the differentiation development strategy that satisfies the practice of enterprises on the whole and gain competitive advantages will have important and actual guiding significance.Differentiation development strategy is the main way that enterprises establish competitive advantages and form differentiation profits.It is the strategy that enterprises need to focus on implementing especially.If enterprises intend to carry out differentiation strategy effectively,they have to analyze the leading factors which affect them.Therefore they can formulate the differentiation development strategy that fits the enterprises themselves.Compared with large enterprises,medium-sized and small enterprises in our country are put at such a disadvantage in finance,technology and talented persons,etc.They have less endurance capacity for market risk,which will make them adopt flexible differentiation strategies.Based on the combination of theory and practice,this thesis states some ideas on competitive strategies at home and abroad and introduces the general basic facts of Shandong Huasheng Zhongtian Machinery Plant.Combined with the same industry's analysis about structure and environment,this thesis applies comprehensively the theories of competitive strategy,strategic management,economics,statistics,etc and combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.It applies the means that combine theoretical research and empirical analysis analyses and studies the differentiation development strategy of Shandong Huasheng Zhongtian Machinery Plant.First of all the thesis analyses the current development strategy of the Machinery Plant,finds the problems of its differentiation development strategy and finds out the causes of these problems.Then according to its actual development situation,the thesis proposes some corrective measures and implementation plans.Enterprises must realize correctly and implement differentiation strategy and develop the ability that matches with competitive strategy.They have to execute continuously technical innovation,management innovation,market innovation and service innovation and so on in order to gainthe enterprises' competitive advantages with differences.
