In the new period, in order to complete the social mission of "take the initiative to assume social responsibility, to do a good job in power supply", N Power Grid re-examined the change of internal and external environment, set out a new long-term strategy, clear the "international advanced" as the strategic objectives. In the medium and long term development strategy of N Power Grid system, clear sub strategy of company is an important component of strategy execution system network for guarantee of landing the company long-term development strategy’s. Y Power Grid Co needs to undertake the N Power Grid Corp long-term development strategy, combined with the functional strategy of N Power Grid, the formulation conforms to the Y Power Grid Co’s own actual sub strategy, to carry out long-term development strategy of N Power grid.Y power grid company strategy into the implementation stage, the power supply bureau as an executive body responsible for the Y power grid company’s strategy to achieve an important responsibility of the real landing..This paper mainly through the relevant theory to study the practical, strategic management requirements into action and the action plan can be executed.In this paper, through the interpretation of the N Power Grid and Y grid strategy, starting from the actual situation of Q Power Supply Bureau, the environment of school knowledge of strategic management theory, analyses the primary power supply enterprises are facing a cloud company’s internal and external environment, combined with the internal and external environment has made the strategic positioning of the primary power supply enterprises; combined with SWOT analysis, clear the advantages and disadvantages of the primary power supply enterprises and the opportunities and challenges faced by the Balanced Score card; combined with the knowledge of planning and design strategy for the implementation of the program, the strategic map; finally further subdivision strategy, the formation of the various departments of the plan of action, and the establishment of strategic management system, security strategy.
