Design And Implementation Of ERP Application Plan In Yiyang Electrical Power Bureau

With the fast development of information technology, the business mode and management method of the enterprise has been going through a radical change. In the face of growing competition, the informational strategy has been gradually recognized as the requirement of the enterprise to survive the competition. We conduct a demonstration and analysis of the application program by the means of survey questionnaire after the program is made, we provide guarantees for the application program in the respects such as institution, organization, personnel, conversation, assessment, meeting, training which is based on the progress plan and for guaranteeing the successful applicaiton of ERP system.Finally, we show the reform of management style which ERP system brings to Yi Yang electric power bureau in the respect of human, finance and property by the application of ERP system, which transforms the business management from decentralized to intensive, from extensive to lean, from individual to standard, which really realizes an effective promotion of business management.
