With the rapid development of new technologies such as new energy,distributed energy and smart grid,and the application of electric vehicles,how the local power supply bureaus attract talents and motivate talents has become a problem for primary grid companies.As an important tool for attracting talents and motivating talents,wage occupies this important position in corporate management.In today's increasingly competitive social environment,the incentive role of wage is not just an important factor in human resource management.Its influence has surpassed the traditional boundaries of human resources management and has affected the realization of corporate strategy and organizational performance.At the same time,with low levels of leanness and low returns on human capital,the local power supply bureaus are facing the requirements of internal management upgrades.They are required to focus on the current situation of the company' s wage distribution and the management of the effectiveness of wage incentives,establishing a fair,reasonable,and scientific wage distribution system.Moreover,they need to improve some supporting measures on performance evaluation and construct the incentive system according to the performance.Therefore,the YJ Power Supply Bureau put forward the goal that the companies should improve the lean management level and perfect the performance-oriented wage increase mechanism.This essay takes the YJ Power Supply Bureau as the research object,and sorts out the related research status and the related theories,such as Amoeba's business model,the division of small accounts,the concept of salary sum,the Expectation Theory,the Two-factor Incentive Theory,and the Fairness Theory.Moreover,this essay discusses the necessity of optimizing the distribution plan of small-scale accounting after analyzing the present situation of YJ power supply bureau and the satisfaction survey.Through the research on the above issues,this essay finally puts forward specific implementation measures for the small-scale accounting plan for the YJ Power Supply Bureau,and trials are conducted on multiple grassroots units.It is hoped that this study will provide certain reference for the distribution of the total wages of the local power supply bureaus and other power companies.
