The Construction And Application Of Evaluation Index System Of Cold Chain Green Logistics For Agricultural Products

With the rapid development of economic and improvement of living standards, the demand and circulation of agricultural products is yearly increasing, and it is becoming more and more stringent for the quality and safety of agricultural products. However, as a storage and transportation tool of agricultural products, there exist many problems in circulation for the agricultural products cold chain logistics, such as high rate of agricultural products rot damage, frequent food safety issues, serious environment pollution and so on. Therefore, considering the economic, social and environmental benefits, developing agricultural products cold chain logistics, reducing circulation loss, and improving circulation efficiency have important significant to guarantee the quality of agricultural products, reduce costs of agricultural products, and promote the economic development and environmental harmony and unity.Based on the theory of green logistics and cold chain green logistics of agricultural products, the agricultural products cold chain green logistics index selection and evaluation system construction and application has been researched, with the aim of environment friendly, resource conservation. Firstly, combined with the theory of green logistics and cold chain logistics of agricultural products, the concept and idea frame of the agricultural products cold chain green logistics were proposed. Then, based on the systematical analysis of the current status of agricultural products cold chain green logistics, the problems of cold chain logistics green of agricultural products and the necessity of building cold chain green logistics of agricultural products were pointed out. Secondly, according to the principle of the index selection, green logistics and recycle-"reduce, reuse, recycle", starting from the internal and external environment, the 24 factors of agricultural products cold chain green logistics were selected by using frequency analysis and expert scoring method. Simultaneously, the 24 factors were integrated and classified by using factor analysis, and thus the construction of evaluation system for agricultural products cold chain green logistics was completed. Finally, the application research was carried out. To verify the scientific and practical of the index evaluation system of agricultural products cold chain green logistics, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to take empirical research for the development level of agricultural products cold chain green logistics in Hunan province. The corresponding countermeasures for the government planning and technical improvements were provided according to the problem that evaluation results reflected.The conclusion of thesis that can help the government formulate industry development policy and plan discover and correct the problem of agricultural products green cold chain logistics. On the other hand, it also can provide the basis to formulate the enterprise development strategy and promote the scientific and sustainable development of agricultural products green cold chain logistics.
