Evaluation Research On Performance Of Agricultural Products Cold-Chain Logistics Enterprises

With the rapid grows of Chinese economics, the living standard of the people hasbeen constantly improved. Therefore, people’s demand for agricultural productsincluding fresh fruit and vegetables, milk products, marine products and fresh meat,etc has increased daily, and people become paying more close attention to the securityand quality of food. At the same time, agricultural products as the special food withfreshness, seasonal nature, regionality and putrescibility, how to keep theircharacteristics during the logistics process is the key factor for achieving theirmaximum value. Cold-chain Logistics is the most important way to accomplish thisgoal.Due to the backward in the development of logistics in China in the past, therewere lots of pollution and wasting during the logistics process of agricultural productswhich resulted in terrible losses. In recent years, with the development of ChineseCold-chain Logistics industry, it has improved markedly. However, view the situationas a whole, Chinese Cold-chain Logistics industry, especially the Cold-Chain logisticscompanies which could provide professional service, is still in the infancy stage, theirspecialization level and service quality are irregularity. This paper makes agriculturalproducts Cold-Chain logistics enterprises as the study object, evaluate theperformance of it from an all round view by construct an agricultural productsCold-Chain logistics enterprises performance evaluation index system. Therefore, ithas an important significance for the development of Cold-Chain logistics enterprisesin China. In this paper, the research develops from the three aspects as followed:First, this paper introduces the research background and significance of thisstudy from the theoretical and practical perspective, and then defines researchquestions, clarifies research content and methods. At the same time, the correlationtheory, domestic and foreign related research content status are described, then makethe performance evaluation of agricultural products Cold-Chain logistics enterprisesas the study object.Secondly, based on the mentality designing of the agricultural productsCold-Chain logistics enterprises performance evaluation index system, literaturesearching, experts meeting and the characteristics of enterprises, construct apreliminary agricultural products Cold-Chain logistics enterprises performanceevaluation index system which rely on the theory of balanced score card constructing the evaluation index system through four aspects, they are financial affairs, customerservice, internal business process, learning and development. Then, using thequestionnaire and the statistical analysis software to filter and modified the initialindexes. In determining the index weight, this paper uses the Improved Three ScaleAnalytic Hierarchy Process to distribute weight of the index system and eventuallybuilds a complete performance evaluation index system.Finally, an empirical analysis of the agricultural products Cold-Chain logisticsenterprises performance evaluation index system of this study is given using fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method. And the evaluation result reflects the situation ofperformance of the empirical research enterprise, thus confirms this index system’sscientific, rational, maneuverability, as well as the feasibility of the evaluationmethod.This study provides reference for the performance evaluation of the agriculturalproducts Cold-Chain logistics enterprises.
