Study On Risk Management Of Fresh Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics In Anhui

With the rapid development of the national economy and the supply side of the structural reform of agriculture,people's living standards are higher and consumers'demand for food safety concerns are rising.Some healthy,green consumption concept and ecological health care products are highly respected.Fresh agricultural products is an essential part of people's daily table.Its quality is related to the physical and mental health of consumers.Our country has a large population with huge agricultural products production and consumption,but the agricultural products have encountered various risks in the circulation.When the product arrives in the hands of consumers,the quality is greatly reduced,the value is lost to some degree,and it even threatens the health of consumers.In order to solve this problem,fresh agricultural products must embark on the path of cold chain logistics to reduce circulation risk and losse's,achieve food security and be people-oriented.Anhui province,located in the hinterland of the central region,which is a major province of agricultural production and exports,should seize the opportunity to value fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics,promote the reform of agricultural structure and assist the development of Anhui's comprehensive strength.Based on this,this article has made the research on fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics risk management through the literature and data analysis,in Anhui Province mainly from the following aspects:first,starting from the background of the macro development of domestic cold chain logistics to definite the study necessity from the micro level focusing on agricultural products cold chain logistics risk management in Anhui Province.And by combing the domestic and foreign literature on cold chain logistics and analysis of the present literature research and focus,combined with the direction of this paper,research on the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics risk management in risk identification and evaluation of the two aspects of the little research limitations in system failure and the policy system etc..Then expound the development of agricultural products cold chain logistics advantages in Anhui Province,opportunities,threats and risks,lay the theoretical and practical basis for the following study with theoretical research and practical research,the definition of agricultural products,fresh cold chain logistics and risk management concepts and characteristics,Secondly,on the basis of the study above,construct the Anhui Province's agricultural products cold chain logistics risk evaluation index system,using principal component analysis and gray correlation analysis to select the main risk factors,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the conclusion shows the liquidity risk had the highest probability in the risks of Anhui Province circulation of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics management,followed by technology risk,human resource risk,market risk and environmental risk probability minimum.Finally,on the basis of scientific results and a comprehensive analysis of the empirical results,practical suggestions are put forward as follows:set up the cold chain logistics of agricultural products circulation system for Anhui province;pay attention to the supply chain finance,promotion and application of fresh cold chain technology,increase the talent construction proposal.
