With the continuous development of society, the enterprise of our country is in progress, the world economy has gradually appeared a trend of globalization, the competition between enterprises is more and more serious. More and more domestic and foreign enterprises realize that human resources is the key link of enterprise production. Business process reengineering is also in line with the market reform trend, business process reengineering by developed countries to china. At present, some small and medium-sized enterprises of China are faced with the burden of reform, many small and medium enterprises exist many shortcomings in the daily business processes, in order to the development of China’s enterprises, enterprises need the whole effective management, necessity of BPR is imminent. After the reform, the real causes the enterprise to do the principles first, better learn from the western mature experience, proposed that suits our country small and medium-sized enterprise development mode, and provide effective reference for many small and medium enterprises in china.This paper focuses on the business process reengineering of our country small and medium-sized enterprises to provide effective reference, to our country enterprise globalization has played a very important role.
