Industrial Park has become the main platform for regional economic development and an important growth pole of the financial income, the important channel, promoting the urbanization construction in an effective way, but also to promote science and technology projects, the main carrier of the agglomeration of labor employment.Industrial Park as the guidance, supervision and supervision mechanism of industrial parks and enterprises to carry out the work of production safety(referred to as the "Park safety supervision agencies"), the prevention of accidents in production, protect the industrial parks of scientific development, security development, an increasingly important role in the sustainable development. However, the current Industrial Park production safety supervision system is not perfect, especially the supervision mechanism and preparation of the park is not perfect, resulting in the regulation cannot force or power is not enough, the park production safety accidents, continuous damage to the country and the people life property safety. Set up all sorts of problems that exist in the organization, has become the hidden trouble of security and stability of the industrial park development. To this end, Jiangxi Province Industrial Park Administration Mechanism and preparation of the set, it becomes a practical issue worthy of study. I have been in production safety supervision department work, combined with the actual situation of the master, analyzes and studies the present situation, problems and the reasons of the industrial parks in Jiangxi province safety supervision mechanism and system exist, Propose solutions to the problem,in order to improve the safety of Industrial Park production supervision system, to ensure the smooth development of the work of production safety of the industrial park from the system.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, the introduction, puts forward the research questions, describes the purpose and meaning of the selected title, a comprehensive review of the research status at home and abroad. The fourth chapter, a review of the reform practice in Jiangxi Province in recent years the park safety supervision agencies and compilation settings. From the nature of the institution, specifications, responsibilities and tasks, staffing, and law enforcement personnel and production safety accidents and other aspects, to conduct a comprehensive sort of establishment and management of the province’s industrial park administration mechanism and preparation of the root, found out the existing problems and research problems.
