Nowadays, with the rapid development of the society, theenterprises are developing faster and faster. At the same time, the marketcompetition is becoming more and more fierce and the social environment ofthe enterprises is becoming more and more changeable. Because of theuncertainty of the market, enterprises must enhance their competitiveness inorder to stand steadily in the market. Enterprises’ competitiveness lies in manyaspects, such as the economic strength, the products and services, etc. However,the core competitiveness lies in the talents. Excellent talents of enterprises arevery important for the company to grasp the market trend, and talents are thefoundation of the company in the long run. Small and medium-sized enterprisesare especially in great demand for talents. Therefore, the management of thetalents of enterprises occupies a very important position in their humanresources management. However, some enterprises only pay attention to theiroperation and ignore the human resources management. Therefore, their humanresources management starts to appear all sorts of problems and the crisis isinevitable. Enterprises’ human resources management crisis is one of theindicators to show whether an enterprise can develop for a long time.This study combines literature research and field research together,reviews the theories related to the human resources crisis management anddomestic and foreign research on human resources crisis management. It aimsat Shanxi CS Company, investigates it on the spot, finds its existing problems inits human resource management, analyses the causes of these problems, andconstructs the human resources crisis management system. The system is builtin the following three stages: the prevention of the crisis, the reactions to the crisis, and the restoration of the crisis. Besides, the study provides the operablemeasures for crisis management of Shanxi CS Company based on the system,hoping to help the company to get over its human resources management crisisaccording to its own characteristiCS. The conclusion of this study is not onlysuitable for Shanxi CS Company, but it also provides reference for small andmedium-sized enterprises to improve their human resources crisis management.
