Based on consulting a large number of literatures, this paper has pointed out the human resource crisis manifestations in private enterprises and summarized the characteristics and causes of its human resource crisis. This paper has established a human resource crisis prevention mechanism consisting of accountability mechanism, early warning system, rapid response mechanism and environmental coordination mechanism. At the same time, it has proposed some measures on how to deal with crisis of recruitment, training, performance, brain drain and how to recover quickly. This paper has put an emphasis on designing human resource crisis early-warning indicators. It has suggested that use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of every indicator and the fuzzy evaluation method to identify the human resource crisis situation. Then private enterprises can make an early detection of human resource crisis and take measure to nip the crisis in the bud. |
