Along with the human resource management be paid attention increasingly, the problem in the aspect of the crisis of human resource more and more arouses notice According to investigation, now in crisis which the enterprise most often face with, the crisis of human resource has been the first. The crisis of human resource has becomed into the globalness crisis of human resource management. So, the enterprise should prevent and reply for the human resource crisis.This research carries out systematicness research for the human resource crisis management , on the foundation of analysing for the enterprise human resource crisis. This research includes advance , defence management before the human resource crisis occuring and reply to crisis occuring after , offering reference for the enterprise human resource crisis solution. Therefore, this paper is studied with the theoretical methods such as model and data analysis and it reachs following research conclusionin ,with basic train of thought that is crisis identification—warning—guard—solution : One, the identification to human resource crisis is the core of human resource crisis management. Firstly , the identification of human resource crisis should establish to distinguish index and identification standard , then to appraise for the human resource crisis , diagnosing enterprise whether existencing the crisis of human resource. If the enterprise existences the crisis of human resource, the crisis alarm of human resource will send out. Two, According to the content of the crisis alarm of human resource, the enterprise should carry out the crisis of human resource to be on guard, the measure of guard against the crisis of human resource has included: seting up the crisis management consciousness and enforcement strategical human resource management, developing person management and establishment learning organization and preventing talent running off etc. Once the human resource crisis occurs , the enterprise should reply it in time , dissolveing crisis. Enterprise will first establish handling strategy to crisis, solves the crisis of human resource as strategy with specific measure. Then, the enterprise carries out the communication and console after crisis, carries out the recovery after crisis with measure , carries out the summary and analysis to human resource crisis finally.
