Research On Development Strategy Of ZKH Logistics Enterprise

Logistics industry plays a fundamental role in the economics. A country’s economic growth rate is also largely depends on it. With the steady development of China’s economy, project logistics industry market become bigger and bigger, and this attracts many international and domestic competitors join into this industry.In this case, the competitive situation of China’s logistics industry increased fast. For this reason, it is necessary to develop appropriate marketing strategies to ensure that logistics companies in the industry have a long-term stable development.By using SWOT and Porter’s five forces model, ZKH’s macro environment was analyzed, we found that their competition in the market environment was extremely intense, so the traditional market strategy will only let themselves into the price war, therefore, we should develop an appropriate strategy aimed at future development. Based on the analysis of the first two models, development strategies of ZKH is SO type expansion strategy.As development strategy is constituted of four factors, ZKH development strategy also includes four parts. They are followed by ZKH vision and protection, ZKH approved strategic objectives and security, ZKH approved business strategy and protection, approval and implementation of the strategy ZKH functions. Among them, the contents of the functions involved in many strategic sectors, the paper only involve in brand module, financial module, HR module.
