Explore The Rural Commercial Bank Construction Of Process Bank

As the domestic financial reform is propels and interest rate market processkeeps accelerating, domestic small and medium-sized banks especially the ruralfinancial agencies will face more competitive market competition. Rural commercialbank must reform all the time to seek for survival and development. Process bankdevelopment is an important method of promoting competitiveness.This paper tries to compare difference between “sector bank” and process bankand explore feasibility and necessity of development of sector bank in ruralcommercial band through understanding supervision requirements of supervisingsector bank development and explaining current situation and main problems of ruralfinancial agencies development based on the relevant research on at home andabroad. At the same time, by referring to experience and practice of process bank ofdomestic joint-stock bank, we propose development goal of process bank ofdomestic rural commercial bank is to develop rural commercial bank as such bankfocused on customers, vertical management and performance appraisal, centralizedtreatment of background service, atomization, intelligence and standardization.Finally, a commercial bank of jiangnan region is taken as an example. Throughanalysis of current situation, gap comparison, construction planning and effect, weprove that feasibility and effectiveness of process bank in the commercial bankdevelopment.By studying and exploring the paper, the paper can provide feasible idea andreference to the process bank of other rural commercial bank in theory and practice,helping smooth implementation of process bank development in our ruralcommercial bank.
