Research On The Competitive Strategy Of Wulanchabu Branch Of Jingu Valley Commercial Bank In The Background Of Process Bank

As more and more banks go public after finishing the reforms and foreign banks continuously develop in China, the small and medium-sized banks of China are facing more intense competition and severe market environment than before. The small and medium-sized banks have no other way but to reform. Bank reengineering becomes important to enhance the competitiveness of the banks, especially the small and medium-sized banks.At present, there are series of drawbacks in small and medium-sized banks universally. The reason why the drawbacks exist in small and medium-sized banks is that compliance is still based on the "banking sector" instead of "process bank". Therefore, the fundamental way is to re-engineer the banking sector model and to build process bank model. Currently, more and more banks have already completed the processes bank reform. By the process bank reform, these banks have largely improved their market competitiveness and their overall strength in banking business. Process banks have brought a lot benefit, which proves its necessity and feasibility to carry out process bank reform to all banks, especially the small and medium-sized banks.Based on the background of process bank, this paper adopts Jingu Rural Commercial Bank (Wulanchabu branch) as the research object, analyzing the current developing conditions of Jingu Rural Commercial Bank (Wulanchabu branch), and the strategic environment and development conditions for the development of Wulanchabu branch in the background of ongoing process bank reform, and putting forward some practical strategies and suggestions on how to combine the resources and advantages to implement its sustainable development. In the last, according to the actual situations of Wulanchabu branch, I work out a series of strategic choices and present a feasible plan to open the market and improve the market competitiveness for Wulanchabu branch.
