Analysis Of The Flow Bank Construction Case Of Daye Rural Commercial Bank

In July 2011,China Banking Regulatory Commission(CBRC)issued the“The guidance of flow bank construction of rural banks",the opinion pointed out that the rural banks should steadily promote the construction of flow bank,gradually establish a management system and mechanism which can adapt to the market positioning,organizational characteristics,business scale and management foundation.Under the guidance of CBRC,China's rural commercial banks began to explore the establishment of a customer centered organizational framework,focusing on improving work efficiency and controlling risks.Flow bank is the use of modern information technology,adhere to the customer-centric principles,the renewal of the commercial banks' existing traditional business processes and organizational structure,fundamentally to change the business philosophy,values,ideas and management,a new mode to enhance the core competitiveness.Firstly,this paper systematically analyzes the fierce external competition environment of rural commercial banks in China,points out the necessity and significance of establishing flow bank.Then,from the perspective of theoretical exploration and practice analysis,the basic theories of flow bank construction are reviewed,and the experiences of domestic flow bank construction are summarized.Finally,take the Daye rural commercial bank as a case,the principles and objectives of flow bank construction are expounded,practice analysis and evaluation of the flow bank construction plan,in view of the shortcomings and defects in the construction process,we put forward suggestions for further promoting the process reform in five aspects:coordinating power and interests,grasping the pace of construction,promoting the upgrading and upgrading of IT system,improve financial accounting system and laying stress on the construction of talents.As China's banking reform,the construction of flow bank is the represent general trend,but the financial institutions at home and abroad about the flow bank related researches and literatures are mostly for large commercial banks,the researches and degree of attention is relatively small for small and medium-sized banking financial institutions.The opinions and suggestions put forward in this paper have a certain guiding role in the business for Daye rural commercial bank,and also have certain reference for local rural commercial banks or small and medium-sized banking financial institutions who are seeking to improve customer response speed and reduce the internal friction of business processes through the construction of flow bank.
