Study On Building Up Bank Processing Of A Rural Commercial Bank

Currently processing bank is a widely-used management modern internationalcommercial banks. Bank process reengineering will definitely help banks improvethe innovation ability, risk control and operational efficiency, and thereby enhancecompetitiveness and operating efficiency of commercial banks. For China’scommercial banks, processing bank construction is an important way to enhance thecompetitiveness, and is the only way to deeply reform the banking sector. Usingconstruction of processing bank as the study object has certainly both practical andapplicative value.In this paper, we summarized a large number of domestic and foreign referencesof theoretical research and practical analysis, and fully explored the definition andconcept, content features, construction principles and meaning of processing bankand business process reengineering. The experience and inspiration of domestic andforeign banks building up processing bank were comprehensively reviewed andsummarized. We discussed theoretical methods of commercial banks applyingbusiness process reengineering from methodology perspective, and explored itstechnology and solutions. Taking A Rural Commercial Bank as a study case, weexplored its current status of management mode, and discussed the necessity andsignificance of its building processing bank according to its strategic positioning.The strategic objectives and basic principles, construction contents and process stepswere explored for A Rural Commercial Bank to build the processing bank.The techniques and approaches were implemented for the organization structurereengineering and business process reengineering. We interpreted its overall strategyto implement the processing bank, and the early implementation of the priority tasksof centralized operation center was discussed. This study could provide directoperational guidance for A Rural Commercial Bank to build the processing bank. Acase study of A Rural Commercial Bank could be used as reference for othercommercial banks.
