Performance management is a way to improve employee, team and company performance level, and the company continued success of management thinking and management practices of strategic significance. For the attention of the insurance company sales staff, performance management system is effective, it will directly affect the performance and company performance level employees.Performance management is a complete system, performance means a chain, during the performance management, due to the quality of the sales staff, company management and other reasons, it is inevitable there will be deviations and deficiencies. The author of the circumstances PA sales staff and performance management were analyzed and found work in the performance management of sales staff, there are clear performance objectives, performance target setting, performance implementation, performance appraisal feedback lack of effective communication and counseling and other issues. I use the performance management process and performance management theory, proposed in the PA insurance company salespeople to optimize the design of performance management, and process and try to follow the results, performance goals and strategies to match the company, at different levels, sub-categories, focused, to the whole member participation, interaction and down the principles, etc., should pay attention to efficient communication and effective feedback and other issues, stages of development from the performance planning, performance implementation stage, performance appraisal stage and the stage of the four aspects of performance incentives to proceed, individually optimized and perfected with the company’s strategy to matching, increase sales staff enthusiasm, and thus help the company long-term steady development.In this paper, an increasingly competitive business in the insurance industry, the sales staff performance management system to improve and enhance the performance has a certain significance.
