Performance management is the core content of human resource management in modern enterprises,which is related to the operation efficiency and operating income of the whole enterprise.The sales staff is an important part of human resources,which has a great role in promoting the competitiveness of enterprises.Research and design a set of performance evaluation program for the enterprise's own sales staff,it is particularly important for enterprises.In order to improve the performance management level of sales personnel revealed TianQi-ShengYe limited company,this thesis analyzes the current sales staff revealed TianQi-ShengYe company performance status and characteristics,the key performance indicators and balanced scorecard,and use the performance evaluation methods of domestic and foreign advanced management theory,establish the company's sales staff characteristics and meet the enterprise the steady production of the operational needs of the performance appraisal program.This study has important practical significance to improve the performance management level and improve the economic efficiency of the sales staff.
