At present,the economy of our country is developing steadily from the traditional high growth stage to the high quality stage,and this development trend is complementary to the development of the modern financial service industry.Under the background of modern economy,the financial service industry is the core of development,which can realize the development of high quality through the combination with the real economy,so as to promote the development of modern economy towards the direction of higher quality.It can be seen that the urgent task of the development of financial service industry in our country is to speed up the development of modern financial service,strengthen the core competitiveness of the development of financial industry,and realize the reform of financial service with the development of real economy.The key to the reform of modern financial service industry is people.Talent,especially sales talent in the service industry,is an important factor for financial firms to create performance.In this situation,it is particularly important to do well the performance management of the enterprise.The establishment of a scientific and convincing performance management system of sales personnel can greatly stimulate the initiative of the sales personnel,thereby effectively improve the economic benefits of the company.Therefore,it is very important to develop the theory and practice of sales performance management,which is also the main content of this study.This research aims at the research of performance management of the sales personnel of the main road gold clothing.Firstly,it combs the domestic and foreign related literature,lists the related concepts and theories of this research,and selects the gold clothing company as the classic case analysis of this study.This paper analyzes the sales business and organizational structure of the company in detail,and analyzes the present situation of the performance management of the sales personnel in the main road gold service from three aspects: the manpower allocation,the evaluation index and the method,and the implementation of the system.Secondly,the paper collects the data needed by the research on the performance management of the sales personnel of the main road gold clothing,and carries out a questionnaire survey to analyze the performance management situation of the gold clothing company,and points out the performance management of the sales personnel of the main road gold clothing company.The causes of performance management are analyzed from three aspects:internal and external environment,management itself and management process control.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the problems and causes of the performance management of the sales staff,the paper puts forward the corresponding performance management optimization strategies,including the establishment of a scientific performance management appraisal system.To strengthen the correct understanding of performance management,optimize the process to strengthen management communication,build a perfect feedback mechanism of performance management,and fully apply the results of performance appraisal,etc.In addition,according to the trend of future performance management,this study also puts forward a series of safeguard measures and suggestions in order to ensure the future performance management.The successful implementation of the performance management strategy of the sales staff of the main road gold service also provides some feasible reference suggestions for the performance management of other companies.
