H Integrated Supply Chain Process Design And Process Management Empirical Research

In recent years, many industry customer demands are becoming more and more personalized and variable. the demand to high-tech manufacture firms speed up outstandingly. High-tech product's life cycle is also getting shorter and shorter. In order to meet the customer needs many enterprises continue their product optimization unceasingly on the original product platform Along with fast increase of the customer's expectation to the product delivery date and service companies must continually raise their service level and reaction to the market, and offer the customer more nimble choices, at the same time, the enterprise itself have to face big operation cost pressure. Many enterprises start to realize that only by integrating internal and external supply chain and continually improving it can they win the lasting competitive advantages, it has become many domestic companies 'strategic common sense to building up supply chain management pattern with their own characteristics.In the same time we disappointedly find out that, even though many domestic enterprises confidently introduce supply chain management pattern, they have to face their final defeat results. The rooted cause lies in: many enterprises' understanding of supply chain management is only on the strategic layer such as many beautiful slogans, lacking the internal and external integrated supply chain's construction experiences and they did not build their supply chain management pattern via scientific process designing and introducing continual management mechanism to guarantee that supply chain management pattern can root in the company. Therefore, we need to do research on domestic enterprise's successful implementation experience in supply chain management and introduce their experience and lessons, based on which we can improve the supply chain management pattern. We also hope to see that the establishment of process management mechanism can help enterprise to win the final competition.Taking all above into consideration, in this paper we try to do deep research on the whole process of building supply chain and summarize its experience and lesson by taking a domestic high-tech manufacture enterprise for example, and focusing on the analysis of supply chain process designing,. Moreover, the paper try to put up a whole-set methodology about continually managing supply chain process after process designing and promotion in order to provide some references and experiences to our domestic companies especially those of the same type...
