During the rapid developing period of tourism industry, professional talents are necessary. On the contrary, the mount of basic-level employees like tour guide and leader decreased dramatically since 2006. Phenomenon of brain drain have an remarkable impact on the management and competitive power improving of the travel angencies.Therefore, we should pay great attention on it.As a psychological contract combining with employees and organizations, psychological contract will affect employees' behavior, attitude, work performance, satisfaction and job stability. Therefore, many experts believe that psychological contract is essential to human resource management. And they also consider it as a way to decrease brain drain. Furthermore, they are sure that company can keep the professionals by constructing reasonable psychological contract, paying more attention to fulfill the contract and realizing the great influence which psychological contracts violations showed on brain drain.This paper was constituted with six chapters. Chapter one is the exordium, and then followed by theory definition and a summary about related researches. Chapter three discussed the analysis about status quo of the psychological contract in tour agency of Jinhua. In this section, questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview was used to analysis the structure of travel agencies employee and the reason to brain drain. Furthermore, methmatical methods like ANOVA, factor analysis and chi-test were widely used to gain the structure of employees'psychological contract and the results to the consistency of the managers and emplyoyees'congnition about the reason to the brain drain. In addition, a discrepancy analysis were conduct in order that we can find the influences the demographic factors like gender, age, working experience, salary, education background and marital statue loaded on psychological contract between tour agency and employees. And then, this paper analyzed the reason to the brain drain. The forth chapter is the countermeasures to the brain drain on the ground of above analyzing results, and it was demonstrated from the precautionary measure and improving methods. The last chapter gave some useful conclusion to the researches, and pointed out some further analyzing content.
