With the rapid development of China’s economy, the core competitiveness among enterprises is from products to people. Since2008, the first batch of Post-’90labors entered into the labor market, they are developing their career in the society. As time goes on, the Post-’90labors become one important part of the enterprise’s staffs. How to manage the post-’90labors is more and more important, it is also the focus of research among the managers and the researchers.Based on the A Group Company’s Post-’90employees loss status and reason analysis in recent years, with expertise in human resources management and combination of social, industry, enterprises and individuals of Post-’90employees growing social environment, this article analyze in-depth summarize Post-’90employees character, ability, emotion, interest, motivation and other behavioral characteristics. This article is aimed at finding employment mechanisms which fits enterprise development, decreasing Post-’90employees loss impact on enterprises, meeting the needs of corporate strategy via human resource aspect, saving the cost of corporate human resources, reducing enterprise employment risk, thus ensuring good operation of the enterprise, enabling enterprises to stay ahead among the fierce competition in the market. In brief this article’s goal is not only providing impetus and direction for career development of Post-’90employees, but also providing protection mechanisms for enterprise’s everlasting development.
