With the advent of the knowledge-based economy,the globalization of market competition,and the continuous opening of China's financial market to the outside world,the vital role of the knowledge in the survival and development of a bank is increasly important.As human beings are the main carriers of knowledge,human resources have become the key resources for commercial Banks to survive and develop.In the process of human resource management,human resource allocation is the key to the efficiency of human resource management in commercial Banks.Good human resource allocation is not only related to the personal development of bank employees,but also the basis and premise for the realization of long-term development strategic goals.At present,the human resource allocation of China's commercial Banks is not ideal,and there are many shortsighted phenomena in employees' allocation.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the current situation,existing problems and countermeasures of human resource allocation in China's commercial Banks.Based on the study of related human resource theories,this paper takes M bank as the object to identify and analyze the existing problems of human resource allocation in M bank,and found that the personnel structure does not match with its future development,personnel distribution does not match with actual demand,and staff quality does not match with demand.Then,this paper summarized the five main causes of the human resource allocation problems,and proposed the optimization strategy of human resource allocation under the guidance of relevant theories of human resource allocation.This paper can be divided into five parts.The first chapter is a general description of the reality and theoretical background,significance and main research contents and methods.The second chapter mainly focuses on the review of theories,and then summarizes the current theories of human resource allocation,as well as the status quo and characteristics of human resource allocation of commercial Banks in the context of China.Chapter three describes the current human resource allocation of M bank objectively.Chapter four analyzes ans summarizes the main problems in M bank's human resource allocation.Chapter five proposes the optimization strategy of M bank's human resource allocation under the guidance of human resource allocation theory.Finally,the main research results of this paper are reviewed in the conclusion part,and the limitations of this study are pointed out.
