The post management is not only the complementarity of enterprise management, but also the strong creation of the changing inner and outer environment. The person and post are two basic factors of enterprise management. The basic problem of post management is to solve reasonable person and post matching, only which can carry out other related steps and realize other functions of post management. Person and post matching is not only the jumping-off point but also the terminal point of the post management.Person and post matching has gradually been becoming the new hotspot in enterprise management research that is subjected to more and more concerns of people. However, there is few theories on Person and post matching research in the field of enterprise management. The research of person and post matching in this article is to take enterprise as the background and take post as the foundation. By analyzing the basic conception of person and post matching in post management of enterprises, it analy2;ed the relationship of establishing the post because of the person and establishing the person' s relation because of the post by the usage of Game Theory, set up the static state and the dynamic state models of person and post matching , and put forward main paths how to realizing the person and post matching. Finally, it further proved the past theory research by researching the factual situations of person and post matching in a certain company.
