Management Game (MG) is a comprehensive training course of Carnegie Mellon University:CMU, in which a MBA student could test strategy formulation and implementation. MBA students from different countries organise companies in the interactive computer simulation system. Each five companies constitute a typical multi-market environment, the company’s operations and management relates to marketing, production, finance, human resources, research and development and so on.Students operate a business simulation, to test the formulation and implementation of strategic plans.Base on the operation of DUX WATCH INC. in MG system, we analyse the internal and external environment, with sales, finance departments of communication, identify with the company’s overall strategy to adapt to the low-end watch MODA series production strategy. Analysis of historical data, lessons learned, in the course of three years of company operations, the implementation of the established production strategy, plans for some of the amendments and adjustments to meet the company’s production goals.
