"Management Game also can be called MG" curriculum for short,It was developed by Carnegie Mellon University in 1957 as a global business simulation training.The course builds a multi-national business competition platform in which the business schools could compete together through Internet technology.MG competitive environment was composed by a number of competing Worlds.Each World has five multinational companies which compete in the following six markets.They are United States,China,Mexico,Japan,Britain and Germany.FC Company is one of the five in world 4.FC has two brands of watches which named"Cronus" and "Zeus." Cronus is the low-end brand and Zeus is the high-end one.The executive team of FC was composed of 5 MBA students who were served as CEO,CFO,CPO and two CMO.I was the CMO of Cronus watch department.The business simulation for each company will last for three years.The executive management will submit a Board report to the Board at the end of each year.The board team was made by school teachers and senior business men.The board will give an evaluation through the company’s performance and the quality of strategy.The main of this paper is to develop the marketing strategy in 2014 to 2016 for Cronus in the MG environment.Firstly,the paper analyzed the external and internal strategic environment of Cronus.And then the low-cost marketing strategy was made.The paper also defined the annual marketing tactic in 2014 to 2016 by using 4P theory.The marketing strategy was carried out in the business under the environment of MG by inputting the necessary management data in the software of MG.The software outputted the result after the inputting.Generally speaking,the low-cost marketing strategy was competitive under the environment of MG.In the end,there would be an evaluation and continuous improvement to the marketing strategy and marketing tactic.
