A Company Leaf Processing Plant was established in2000, is one of the main supporting production line of the A company’s engine manufacturing, with precision cold rolling margin processing, precision electrolysis, vacuum brazing, CNC machining, electrical pulse processing and measurement of advanced of Air technology leaves professional factory. The main products include more than200pieces of more than10models of the turbines, orientation, compressor work blades, vanes, supported plate. Leaf processing plant as the leaves machining manufacturing of specialized plants, to meet the overall needs of the Group’s development, relying on advanced information technology platform, production management, lean simplicity, the transition to the advanced management mode is the factory must face global important choice. Therefore, this paper focuses on the process of leaf processing plant with lean production and information technology integration. The main content of the paper include:(1) Overview of the Lean production and manufacturing execution systems theory;(2)the application status of information technology and Lean integration of Leaf Processing Plant;(3) focuses on measures and methods of the Leaf Processing Plant information technology and lean Fusion Applications.The innovation of this paper is the application status and problems of fusion through the analysis of the factory lean production management and manufacturing execution systems, combined with lean thinking and information technology theory, and use to strengthen the team management to establish a full lean management philosophy; full implementation of the "6S" management; improve the production process, the implementation of a single stream in time production; optimize the manufacturing execution system (MES), factory lean production management methods, optimized the process of curing the information system to achieve the factory fine beneficial production and management of scientific and refined to ensure the stability and universities of the production management, and efficient use of resources, improve the operating efficiency of the running, so as to achieve to enhance the level of lean management of plant information technology, improve plant competitiveness; established industry field operations information of the desired effect of the lean production management leadership and exemplary status.
