Research And Application Of Lean Production In Company F

Lean Production is one of the main theories of the automobile manufacturing management. It is a priority to resolve the problem using of international and domestic manufacturing concepts of lean production.First this article introduce the course of the development of lean production. It recalled a core lean production to streamline and eliminate waste. It has five principles and many tools to manage the press of manufacture.Then Five Forces Analysis model has been applied in F Company within the external environment and the problems, It has been described that the role of lean production, proposed lean production. The practical application of lean production in the F Company truck factory has been researched:the first to take advantage of lean production methods and tools to identify the problems of lean production in the factory, and then propose the six areas of improvement:the implementation of the "7+3" orders, third-party logistics punctual delivery, TPM, TQM, streamline organizations to optimize human resources, continuous optimization of production lines and equipment layout to eliminate the waste, and draw up the implementation plans. The last to remark the results achieved of initial implementation.Finally, a summary of the implementation of the company’s lean production, hope that the company F has its own lean production model within its cultural characteristics during the "12th Five-Year, but also hope that other enterprises can play a reference.
