In the context of economic crisis, enterprises have to reduce costs and pursuit high efficiency in order to survive the crisis. Many enterprises perform differently in their implementation of lean production. Therefore, the implementation of lean production is of great importance in manufacturing enterprises. There are also some problems in the execution of lean production of S Company. Such as the inadequate organization in the execution of lean production and the poor execution in the operation of lean production. Problems still exist in human resources of lean production. Such as the lack of incentive system and working enthusiasm, the mandatory implementation of lean production, the lack of communication between different departments, the unreasonable lean organizational structure, the short of safeguard measures and so forth. All these problems lead to the fact that no specific person should be responsible for its operation, and the enterprise faces great resistance to put it into practice. Resulting in the fail of lean production in S Company. This paper aims to conduct a deep research on the factors which may exert influence on the execution of lean production, and summarize a set of methods for the organization and management of lean production. By doing so, this paper hopes to provide a set of methods for organizational management and security measures in the implementation of lean production for enterprises, and hopes to provide a useful reference for the enterprises that implement lean manufacturing.This paper analyzes the present situation in S Company with emphasize on the organization and management of its lean production as well as the management process of its operation and human resources. Based on the above analysis, the paper points out the problems exist in S Company. For example, the organization system for lean production is inadequate, the operation system is imperfect and there is no support system for its operation. Based on the existing problems in S Company and combined with lean production and execution theory, this paper puts forward methods for the improvement of lean production and the establishment of strategy system which making link with operation and people. This paper also provides strategies for optimizing people process and operation system of S Company, as well as safeguard measures for lean production. Finally, this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the implementation of lean production, for continuous improvement.Combined theory with practice, this paper presents detailed analysis of factors which may produce influence on lean production from the perspective of management, it is of valuable reference for the implementation and management of lean production.
