At present, JN Unicom development environment is undergoing major changes, Facing more complex situation and more arduous task. The profound changes in the social environment produce a new influence to the operational management of the company. The rapid expansion of mobile Internet-scale restructuring brings new challenges to the company’s business model.4G licenses issued and changes in competition in the market form a new test to traditional business model. At the same times,the outstanding contradictions of internal operational management and that potential risks put forward new demands to company management transformsThis thesis based on analysis of JN Unicom branch current situation,using relevant theories and principles of domestic and foreign professional development management, study the company’s total employment which is hard to avoid. Such as the contradictions of labor efficiency and quantity, staff structure and business needs, manpower support and business development. The work also analyses of the status of their employees career development management deeply,and nails down the necessity of staff career development and career development and the urgency to optimize and improve employee career development systemThis paper attempts to study the career development of staff management. In one hand, explore suitable career development management strategies, establish an operational, innovative career development management implementation system, and eventually cultivate a contingent of structural optimization, high-quality, dynamic talent. In the other hand, i am intended to provide a reference for operational communications company about employee career development management to enhance their cohesion and personnel creativity.
