As the further development of China's economic restructure work, the business circles have launched waves of restructuring campaigns. As the core link in the reorganization process, the integration of human resources also plays a vital role in the success of reorganization of the enterprises. This paper deals with the restructuring work of Hulunbeier Branch of China Unicom, and also, of human resources after the reorganization. Through initial investigation about human resources and afterwards the formulation, implementation and monitoring of relevant policies, we can't ignore how much difficulty we have experienced in the reorganization process of human resource integration. Therefore, this article takes human resource integration in Hulunbeier Branch of China Unicom as the main line, and presents analysis of specific problems we have to face in the reorganization process about human resources issues, and at the same time, offers some relevant solutions. Through comparison of the circumstances before and after the integration and analysis of positive and negative results, we are making great efforts to find out the deciding factors of resolving of the potential problems, hoping to offer some helpful reference for later researches.
