In today's society,talent market has developed to an unparalleled level.Human resources circulate intensively,hopping has become an important factor that restricts the development of enterprises.The loss of employees,especially the loss of the cores,not only disrupt the enterprise management order,affect the normal operation of the enterprises,but also bring huge economic losses to enterprises because someone who changes his or her job may take enterprise's customers and confidential data.In addition,it may combat work enthusiasm and efficiency of the other staff,consequently it may bring inestimable negative influence on the enterprise.Therefore,how to control the employees loss rate within an ideal range has become an important index to measure the enterprise is qualified or not,and also an important topic for entrepreneurs to make a deep research.This paper takes M company as an example,conducts the research in view of the present situation of M company's employee loss in recent years.By means of collecting and anglicizing questionnaire survey and resignation interview data,put forward a corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem of the loss rate of M company.By establishing competitive salary system and career development system,optimizing the interior environment of the company,employees loss crisis management and so on strategies to reduce employee loss rate,ensure the core competitiveness of enterprises and lay the talent foundation for the enterprise's everlasting.Although the object of this article is M company,but I hope the study of the reasons and countermeasures of the loss of employees of M company can inspire other similar logistics enterprises to solve the problem of the loss of employees as soon as possible.
