Analysis On The Way Of Achieving Fast Delivery For HW Company’s R&D Project

The development of the times to today, the project management has gradually to the center of the stage, a branch of this article about project management, R&D project management. Considering the research and development work is unique, the traditional Project management and R&D Project management theory as the foundation, conducts the research in view of the existing problems of HW company in fast delivery.In this paper, several project management in HW research and development are reviewed, mainly including the life cycle and delivery process, organization management, knowledge domain, tools, culture, effect and incentive evaluation aspects, then for these problems is the study and give advice and suggestions.This paper is based on the general development of project management theory, the main reference to the theoretical basis about the general project management in American PMP, combined with the characteristics of project management of HW to develop their own specific analysis and research. After the process of investigation lasted for half a year, through interviews and a large number of basic data analysis, key short board found the effect of HW R&D project delivery, and targeted solutions are given and the measures. In addition to these measures has reference significance to HW itself, in addition to the companies and other R&D project reference.
