A Study On Informationalization Project Organization And Implementation Of Internal Control In Petrochina Changqing Oilfield Company

"Internal control" became famous overnight along with the accounting scandals of theUnited States Enron, Worldcom, Societe Generale, and many other listed companies. How toprevent financial fraud, and strengthen the enterprise internal control and quickly found thatproblem, now becomes a very important issue for the domestic and foreign enterprisescontinue to develop. Then the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in the United States established, theEnterprise Internal Control Basic Norms and Enterprise Internal Control Set of Guidance inChina promulgated, but these acts and norms are legal requirements, while the actual operationand implement become the difficulty of enterprise executive. With the development ofinformation construction, IT technology becomes a new way of secondary internal controlmanagement.By illustrating internal control management, information, information managementtheory and other relevant theory of these, this paper analyzes the situation of internal controlinformation at home and abroad, aimed at Petrochina Changqing Oilfield information projectorganization and implementation process, illustrates project management methods andpractices by using empirical research method; analyzes the feasibility and necessity of theinternal control information method, describes project environment,organization, and carryout study on project construction and implementation mode, analyze advantage anddisadvantage of construction and management of this project; this paper provides the insight ofenterprise internal control informationalization research, explores operable ways andmethods of internal control information in the purpose of ensuring enterprise managementlegal, asset security, financial report and related information true, for the enterprises toimprove management efficiency and effect, and then provides reference for the enterprises torealize development strategy.
