Study Of The Postal Savings System Authentication Management Processes

As the change of the financial environment, National post bureau have built a IT-based system according to the rules and the individuality. As the limitation of the administrant methods, working flow and faculty, the internal-control of the postal savings is under the dangerous.For improving the level of internal-control management, Based on the theory of the BPR & BPM, The dissertation have analyzed the process of the authentication system scientifically. It have found the bug and the resolvent. and designed the socio-technical systems by integrating the IT-based system , function and business process.The main results are as follows:1.The organization of the postal savings in Sichuan Province and the relation of the postal bank and post are analyzed in detail by flow charts. The problem of the internal-control are found.┄┄2.The business process and internal-control process are analyzed in detail by flow charts. The risk of Authentication System are found.┄┄3.The risk of business process and internal-control process are investigated in detail by fishbone diagram. The process are re-designed by informational technology ,integrated the function and business process.┄┄4.The position is integrated by train and education. the authorizable process is optimized by IT-based system.┄┄5.The obiect is evaluated by the efficiency of the management, the productivity of the employee and the IT-based system.┄┄This system is running in the business process normally. It improved the level of management and the efficiency of the service.
