Security Management Of Banking Informationalization In China

Our country has entered an era of banking informationalization, which supplies the new conditions for the development of the banks. However, informationalization is a two-edge sword which not only provides all sorts of advantages and promotes the development of banks, but also brings the risk of information security. This thesis will strategically explore the ways to keep away the risk in banking information systems.Banking Informationalization is systems engineering. From the angle of maintenance of financial stability, this thesis introduces first the theoretical basis of the security management of banking informationalization, and outlines the contemporary western mainstream of crisis management theory and strategy, derives their experience, advanced measures and foresight, and analyzes the domestic and foreign circumstances of our country, reveals our country's particularity. Then the thesis grafts the core contemporary western mainstream crisis management and strategy management theories to the security management and risk control of our banking informationalization, for instances, promotes chief information official(CIO) system, the transfer of EMV on banking cards, the business continuity management(BCM), and anti-disaster backup system(ADBS), etc.As one of the largest information asset system, our country's banking information system needs much more to be done. The thesis first dissertates the ways to improve the institutional environment, constitute full time institutions and personnel, and reinforce the research on financial moral hazard, to consummate the construction of our country's banking information security management system, and then discusses further the strategic thoughts on the information security management, draws the outline of the security system of banking information asset, probes the ways to strengthen the security management of network-banks & banking cards, and conceives the new tactics to consummate anti-disaster backup systems.The author hopes to provide several apocalypse and thoughts on the information security management and risk control of banking informationalization in China.
