With the acceleration of the marketization procedures and affiliation of WTO, improvement of science and technology and the globalization of the economy, the enterprises in China are facing an increasing market competition. So it is very important and also very urgent to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises in China, particularly the competitiveness in the international market. As a kind of new competitive strategy based on Internet and IT, enterprise informationalization has already been applied to the production and management of enterprises successfully and has become an important method to improve the competitiveness for our enterprises. Enterprise informationalization has already become the only way for existence and development for our enterprises.However, after development for more than 20 years, enterprise informationalization of our country turned to make slow progress, being placed in the stage of start. what blocks the smooth development of our enterprise informationalization? How can we expedite the course of our enterprise informationalization? People proceeded to investigate actively to solve these problems. However, much attention that people fix on the reason of enterprise informationalization of our country has maken slow progress is in a certain aspect, laying emphasis in analysis from a certain angle now, putting forward the corresponding propulsion project from the angle of investigation. The systemic and comprehensive investigation is few. For this, this thesis investigates the reason of our enterprise informationalization has maken slow progress roundly and systematically.This thesis first introduces the background, main contents, purpose, significance, studying method, domestic and international research present condition of the research, proceeding to dissertate the related theories of enterprise informationalization in detail. On the basis of these, the thesis expatiates the present condition of enterprise informationalization of our country: the whole level is low and enterprise informationalization of our country is still in the first stage, and puts forward the question: why did enterprise informationalization of our country develop so slowly? How can we accelerate the course of our enterprise informationalization.Then this thesis studies the factors cumbering the progress of our enterprise informationalization from the angle of internal cause and external cause thoroughly. The thesis first discusses the internal problems of enterprisescumbering the progress of our enterprise informationalization from the consciousness and behavior two levels roundly and makes the conclusion that the weakness of information consciousness of employee, dissevering of technology and management, lackness of enterprise's information organization and CIO, neglect of changing management are internal problems of enterprises clagging the development of our enterprise informationalization. Then, the thesis sets out from the exterior environmental angle to explore the exterior problems baffling the progress of our enterprise informationalization again, discovering the absence of the "consultation —supervision— evaluation" system and good exterior propping environment results in the situation that developments of our enterprise informationalization bogges down to a considerable degree.
