Research On Informationalization Of China Telecom' Finance Management

Enterprise Informationalization is the ways and means of modern enterprises to enhance their competitive abilities. However, whether to create an effective information system in accordance with business environments and strategies , is the key of enterprises infomationalization to play a really effective role.This thesis , first of all, discussed the necessity of ChinaTelecom' f inace manangement informationaliztion , combining with its strategy ,cooprate governance and financial management characteristics . Then, through analyzing the current situations of China Telecom' finance management, it studied the object of construction of China Telecom' finance management informationaliztion.Finally, this thesis provided several suggestions to improve China Telecom' finance management information system.
